Pink Lemonade Sangria

A beautiful, tasty and refreshing summer cocktail made with Rose wine and Limoncello.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Chill Time: 3 hours
Total Time: 3 hours 10 minutes
8 glasses

Ingredients 

  • 2 lemons (sliced thinly)
  • 2 cups fresh cherries (pitted)
  • 1 pint fresh raspberries
  • 4 oz Limoncello (½ cup)
  • 1 oz granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 bottle Rosé wine
  • 8 oz club soda (1 cup)

Instructions

  • Combine2 lemonsd, 2 cups fresh cherries, 1 pint fresh raspberries, 4 oz Limoncello and 1 oz granulated sugar in a glass pitcher. Add the rosé wine and stir to combine.
  • Refrigerate at least 3-4 hours to chill and allow the flavors to meld. Just before servings, add the club soda.
  • Put more fruit into the glasses if desired, pour and enjoy!
