Yeasted Pumpkin Donuts are rolled in fragrant pumpkin spice sugar hot out of the fryer. They taste like autumn.

– all purpose flour  – yeast – water – sugar – pumpkin puree  – butter – egg – cinnamon, ginger,     cloves, nutmeg, salt

Ingredients

–Knead until the dough clings    to the hook & clears the    sides of the bowl. –Set the dough aside to rise    until it's doubled in volume.

–Roll the dough to ½" thick.  –Cut the donuts & donut    holes with round cutters.  –Set the donuts aside to rise.

–Fry the donuts, flipping them   halfway through. –Immediately roll the hot donuts in   the spiced sugar.
