Apple Cinnamon Swirl Bread is made with rich yeasted bread dough studded with chunks of fresh apples and swirled with brown sugar and cinnamon. The loaves are topped with apple glaze.
Bake the loaf until the internal temp is 200F. Turn the dough out of the pan while it’s still warm.
Spread the glaze and set the loaves aside to cool to room temperature or very slightly warm before slicing.
