Guinness Brownies with an entire cup of stout in the batter & frosted with whipped Guinness Ganache. The tan ganache on top of the brownie echoes the colors of a pint of Guinness with a head of foam. So cute!
–All purpose flour –Salt –Semi-sweet chocolate –Butter –Guinness Stout –Vanilla extract –Granulated sugar –Brown sugar –Eggs –White chocolate –Heavy cream
Add sugar, Guinness, eggs and flour to the melted chocolate & butter.
Pour the batter into a buttered pan lined with parchment and bake until the center is set.
Add cream and Guinness to the melted chocolate & butter.
Set the Guinness ganache aside to cool. Whip the ganache until light and fluffy. Frost the brownies with the ganache.
